505 West 19th Street

The branding and marketing campaign for HFZ Capital Group’s 505W19, with still-life photography by Zoë Ghertner and location photography by Adrian Gaut, embraces the concept ‘A new point of view on the Highline’. The two glass and limestone buildings, interconnected by the lobby underneath the High Line — are designer Thomas Juul-Hansen’s first ground-up interior and exterior residential project. Materials used throughout the project were inspired by the High Line, which is also a focal point in the graphic identity.
