The Chicago Spire
Through a comprehensive programme of branding, digital strategy, advertising, identity and marketing, our team was commissioned to realise the vision for The Chicago Spire. The approach to this was inspired and energized by the two key drivers which underpinned this remarkable building: a progressive, entrepreneurial spirit and a dedication to a design for humanity within a kinetic sculpture.
Over the course of a strong and responsive relationship, the brief and role was extended to cover a broader branding and advisory responsibilities. This included regular brand workshops, the design of a 15,000sqft sales centre, an international traveling exhibition and the development of a unique offline application and presentation digital platform that can facilitate and keep pace with a dynamic international sales and marketing drive.
Although never realised due to the financial crash, the results of the campaign were significant, achieving sales equating to 30% of the total building, 4 months from launch. A total of nearly $1billion.
