Occupying a prime position at the gateway to Brickell City Centre, Cipriani Residences Miami brings nearly a century of Cipriani heritage, timeless style, legendary hospitality and social spirit to one of the city's most vibrant neighbourhoods.
Our challenge was to translate the world of Cipriani into a distinctive residential proposition, resulting in a contemporary vision of luxury centred on effortless living, vibrant social connection and the enduring appeal of a life well lived.

Celebrating an Icon
For the residential brand, we celebrated Cipriani’s most recognisable visual equities, from its iconic blue to the historic Harry’s Bar barman, created in 1931. Through simplicity, a reductive use of colour and confident scale, the character was given a contemporary expression, appearing as a bold supergraphic and through subtle embossed applications.
Inspired by the distinctive keyline lettering on the door of Harry’s Bar, we developed a refined display typeface that expands Cipriani’s core brand kit for residences. Rooted in a recognisable piece of its heritage, it creates a distinctive and ownable expression for the residential brand.
Venetian Spirit, Miami Rhythm
Our film brought Cipriani’s heritage into the world of Miami, balancing 1930s glamour with the city’s distinctive cultural energy. Through considered art direction, styling and cinematic cues, we referenced Cipriani’s origins, while the soundtrack and atmosphere drew on Miami’s Cuban influence, creating an expression rooted in both brand and place.
Blending the nostalgic charm of old Miami with the timeless sophistication of the Cipriani brand, the campaign celebrated a lifestyle centred on human connection, understated glamour and the art of living well.
