Set on the island of Brickell Key, The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, marks the next chapter of the brand’s legacy as its North American flagship–balancing sanctuary and connection with unobstructed waterfront vistas, tranquil design, with the cosmopolitan energy of Miami.

Noë & Associates was engaged to reframe the proposition, creating a compelling brand narrative, identity system, and campaign that reflected the project’s distinct positionin collaboration with a global design team including KPF, Tristan Auer, Laura Gonzalez, Shma and Speirs Major.

The result drove over $1 billion in sales within six months of launch and established the development as a defining destination in Miami’s luxury residential market.

We created a wide range of collateral to tell the story of each residence type while showcasing Mandarin Oriental's global portfolio. Adapting Mandarin Oriental’s brand toolkit for Miami, we introduced fresh pastels, distinctive typography, and a renewed art direction.

Oriental Elegance, Miami Spirit

Inspired by the architecture's refined form, we commissioned artist Tracie Cheng to create a series of bespoke illustrations capturing its elegance and presence to bring the story to life.

We produced a vision film featuring interviews and studio visits with an extraordinary curated team: internationally acclaimed architects KPF; renowned French designer Laura Gonzalez, known for luxury brand interiors; celebrated designer Jason Auer; and global developer Swire Properties.

Capturing Island Living

In collaboration with the Swire design team, we designed the user experience for Mandarin Oriental Residences Miami's sales gallery, advising on key spatial interventions and creating a simple yet robust narrative for the sales app. The content activated the space's large-scale screen, delivering a dynamic sales presentation.
