Chelsea Barracks: 4 Mulberry Square & 5 Whistler Square

Chelsea Barracks, one of London's most distinguished residential addresses, comprises 12.8 acres of Georgian-influenced architecture, botanical garden squares, and meticulously crafted detail in the heart of Belgravia. At its pinnacle, 4 Mulberry Square and 5 Whistler Square townhouses: designed by PDP London, with interiors by Banda Property, whose philosophy — that a home should be both intrinsically beautiful and faultlessly functional — found a natural counterpart in the development's own design ethos. The result is two homes where every material choice, proportion and finish has been interrogated to offer effortless sophistication.

Noë & Associates were commissioned to produce two cinematic flythrough films for the Banda-designed townhouses at Chelsea Barracks, capturing the elegant design language and expert craftsmanship of each home.

Each film moves through the homes with intention rather than inventory, layering texture defined by deep, rich tones and natural light, combined with quiet human presence with interviews from the Banda team, giving voice to the design thinking embedded in every room.

"…what excites us is how the old and new play out together. And you haven't got the constraints that we often have in working with big listed townhouses in Chelsea or Belgravia. So you have a lot more freedom to create a modern family space that really works for today's world."
